- Question: Is it better to store the placard rolled or flat?
- Answer: Flat.
- Question: Do I need to tape down the leading edge of the placard?
- Answer: For speeds over ~60mph, it's highly recommended. We include leading edge 'hold down tape' in all our magnetic, reusable and static cling kits. It will help keep the placard from lifting off the vehicle.
- Reusable Vinyl:
- Question: What is this stuff?
- Answer: Very similar to a magnetic placard (but much thinner!), it's a vinyl/plastic that's very flexible, has a 'tacky adhesive' backing that can be removed from vehicle, then reused (think tougher sticky note).
- Question: What is the best way to store the Reusable Vinyl?
- Answer: In the packaging/shipping sleeve.
- Question: How long is it reusable?
- Answer: Up to two years, when following installation and removal guidelines.
